Phon is an experienced machinist who is looking to grow and enhance his skills. Therefore, he joined We Make RI in July with the goal of learning more about advanced manufacturing. Since joining the program, Phon has rose to the top of the class in math, leading and assisting others. He learns quickly and enjoys solving complex problems. Additionally, he is very mature, responsible and extremely reliable. He is eager to work for a company where he can grow and enhance his skills.
