Apprenticeship is a way to train employees at all levels while they're on the job.  

• For employees, this is an attractive way to gain skills.
• For employers, this is a way to be compensated for the cost of training through a variety of incentives.

We Make RI can create an Apprentice program for almost all occupations.  Employees can Apprentice more than once as they grow their career.  Incumbent workers can also participate in Apprenticeship as they move forward in their career.
